In addition to her many qualifications, Danai has an exceptional track record in the industry spanning nearly 20 years. She holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in the US, is a registered professional engineer, is also a fellow of the Academy of Engineering and serves on the Board and Built Environment Advisory Committee at the University of Pretoria.
Stemele believes Danai is the perfect candidate to lead the company to successfully achieve its goals. “I am confident that Danai and her team will continue to build on the legacy of the “Bosch Way,” while progressing Bosch Stemele’s empowerment and Transformation initiatives,” said Stemele. Danai’s long-term goal for Bosch Stemele is to move the company to first in its class amongst South African owned firms. Excited about meeting her new colleagues, she says, “Bosch Stemele has a high percentage of youthful employees, which is energising because the organisation will be challenged to be dynamic and competitive.”
Bosch Holdings CEO, Mike Gibbon, said “We are very excited to have Danai as part of the Bosch family and believe she will play a vital role in shaping the destiny of the Bosch Holdings’ group of companies.”
